What $197 actually buys

Everything a booker needs, and nothing they don’t.

Not a video library. A working system.

  • 01
53 lessons, taught on camera by Mike and Jonelle, self-paced. 4 hours 14 minutes end to end, short enough that a new booker finishes it in their first days. Watch in any order, in your own time.
  • 02
Real recorded booking calls, with the instructors explaining, moment by moment, what worked and why. This is the part that turns a video course into hearing the system actually run.
  • 03
The coaching call library. Recorded sessions where real students’ own calls get critiqued line by line, so a new booker can hear specific feedback on real, imperfect calls, not just polished examples.
  • 04
Seven working documents, the same ones the founders’ own bookers run their calls on. Listed below.
  • 05
A login for every booker on your team. Access is per seat, not per studio. Add a login when you add a hire.
  • 06
Everything lives at members.trainmystudio.com. One link, one login, and a new hire’s training is done without you sitting next to them for a day explaining it.
What’s on paper, not just on video

The same paperwork the founders’ own booking team uses.

The Booking Sheet
  1. 01
The Booking Sheet. The actual form the whole call runs on: family details, who’s coming, the shot ideas as you build them.
  2. 02
The Congratulations Call Script. The exact words for that first call, in both directions, plus the power-word table (why “prize” outperforms “gift”).
  3. 03
The Giving Pricing Script. How the price gets delivered on the phone, including the stop-and-wait technique after the number is said.
  4. 04
The Voucher Vulture Script. What to say to a caller who wants a number before anything else, and how to redirect them into discovery without dodging the question.
  5. 05
The Getting Dad To Come cheat sheet. The emotional and legacy lines for the family member who says he isn’t showing up.
  6. 06
The Excite Call Checklist. What to confirm two to three days out: who’s coming, what they’re wearing, the shot ideas revisited, what to expect on the day.
  7. 07
A real Booking Call Notes Example. Jonelle’s own actual notes from a real call, so a new hire can see what “done right” looks like on paper, not just hear it on video.
This page is for the booker too

Whoever’s actually taking the call gets more than a pep talk.

Most sales training gives a booker a feeling: be confident, be friendly, believe in yourself. This gives them something they can actually use mid-call.

Concrete words, not vague advice. Instead of “build rapport,” the course gives the actual line to say. Instead of “handle objections,” it gives the scripted answer to the exact objection, word for word.

Tonality, taught as a skill. Not a personality trait you either have or don’t. The course teaches matching and amplifying a caller’s energy on purpose, which means a quieter, more reserved booker can learn to do it too, the same way anyone learns any other skill.

The “never say free” rule. There’s a specific list of words the course rules out entirely, starting with “free.” Instead: “you won an experience,” paired with a clear no-obligation promise. If you run invite campaigns rather than giveaways, that line becomes “you were selected for an experience,” and nothing else changes. Small thing. Changes how the whole call sounds.

How to reset after a bad run of calls. There’s a lesson for exactly this: “How do you bounce back when you’ve had a few tough calls in a row and you’re just feeling like, I don’t want to call the next person?” And the honest acknowledgment that comes with it: “You sometimes just don’t have a great run on the phone.” Nobody pretends every call goes well.

It’s also, on the evidence, genuinely watchable. A student wrote in unprompted, laughing out loud, to say how much they enjoyed the energy in the videos. That matters more than it sounds like it should: the booker is the one who actually has to get through all of it.

The logistics
  • One purchase, $197 once, covers every booker’s login. Add a seat when you add a hire.
  • Access is at members.trainmystudio.com. 30-day money-back.
  • Total footage runs 4 hours 14 minutes, measured lesson by lesson. Self-paced; watch what’s relevant in the order that suits your team.

That’s everything. The method it’s built on is on the next page.
