Train My Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated from Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through trainmystudio.com and members.trainmystudio.com, what we do with it, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

When you visit the website. We use standard website analytics and a tracking script to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This does not identify you personally on its own.

When you fill out a form. If you submit a contact form, a signup form, or any other form on the site, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, and any message you write.

When you buy. If you join Train My Studio, we collect the information needed to set up and bill your purchase: name, email, studio name, and payment details. Payment details are processed by our billing provider, not stored directly by us.

When you use the course. If you or your team members are given a login to members.trainmystudio.com, we collect the information needed to run your account: name, email, login activity, and course progress.

2. Where your information goes

All the information above is stored in our customer relationship management system (CRM). We do not maintain a separate database of your data outside that system.

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and contact form submissions
• Set up and manage your purchase and billing
• Provide access to the course and manage seats for your team
• Send you service-related communications, such as billing notices or access changes
• Send you marketing communications, if you have opted in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business (our CRM provider and our billing/payment processor), and only to the extent needed for them to do that job.

3. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and a tracking script to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site work.

4. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that to meet our legal, accounting, and business record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, subject to any legal obligations we have to keep it
