Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trainmystudio.com and members.trainmystudio.com (together, “the site”) and your purchase of Train My Studio (“the course”). Train My Studio is operated from Perth, Western Australia. By using the site or buying the course, you agree to these terms.

1. What Train My Studio is

Train My Studio is a video training course and set of supporting materials for training portrait studio booking staff. It is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access. It is a training product only: it does not generate leads, run advertising, or manage bookings on your behalf.

2. Price and the guarantee

• The course is a one-time payment of $197 for lifetime access.
• That payment covers a login for every booker on your team.
• 30-day money-back. If it is not right for your studio, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After those 30 days, access stays yours for life. We do not bill you again for that purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions already in place continue on the billing terms they were bought under. This page does not move those accounts onto the one-time price.

3. Access and seats

• A purchase includes a set of logins for members.trainmystudio.com, covering the studio owner and their booking team.
• Logins are for the personal use of your own studio’s staff. You may not share a login outside your team, or resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to anyone who is not part of your studio.
• If a team member leaves your studio, you should stop using their login and, where possible, ask us to reassign that seat to a replacement hire.
• We may suspend or terminate access for any account we reasonably believe is being shared or misused outside these terms.

4. Content ownership

• All course materials, including videos, scripts, checklists, and any other document provided as part of the course, are owned by Train My Studio (or licensed to it) and are protected by copyright.
• Your purchase gives you a license to use these materials for training your own studio’s staff. It does not give you ownership of the materials, and it does not give you the right to copy, resell, redistribute, or publish them anywhere else, in whole or in part.
• This license lasts while your access lasts. Access bought for the one-time price lasts for life, unless it ends because a refund is made under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Access on a monthly subscription already in place lasts until that subscription ends.

5. No guarantee of results

Train My Studio teaches methods and language that the founders use in their own portrait studios and that some customers have reported good results with. We do not guarantee any particular booking rate, sales result, or business outcome from using the course. Any results mentioned on the site, including customer testimonials, are specific to that customer, reported by them, and are not typical outcomes or a promise of what will happen at your studio. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your leads, pricing, market, and your own team.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the course or its materials for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access the site or members area using another studio’s login
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or the members area

7. Changes to the course or these terms

We may update course content, add or remove materials, or change these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train My Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the course or the site, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Western Australia, regardless of where you access the site from.
